WHEN I PURCHASE A VIDEO, HOW FAST WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE?
After your payment information processes, the videos will be immediately available for download in a variety of formats (360p, 720p, 1080p) , and streaming within your account.
HOW CAN I PUT THE VIDEOS ON MY IPHONE / ANDROID / IPOD / IPAD / TABLET / COMPUTER?
Once you purchase a video, it becomes available for download in a variety of standard formats. Beneath the video, click the resolution you desire (360p, 720p, 1080p) and a download will automatically begin. We are a fan of quality, so we recommend 1080p, as it is the largest resolution.
WILL THE VIDEOS WORK ON PC AND MAC?
Absolutely. They will work on either system, just install the free program Quicktime Player. If you can see the trailer, then you will be able to play the full length video.
I LOST THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT
No problem. Simply click “Login” and then “Forgot your password/username” and follow the simple instructions to reset your password. If you are still having trouble, feel free to write us at orders@joeyL.com
DO YOU OFFER ANY STUDENT DISCOUNTS?
We offer a special price to everyone interested in buying the product, but nothing specific for students. For bulk educational orders for a high school, college or university and opening accounts for multiple students, please write us at orders@joeyL.com
WILL YOU SHIP THE PHYSICAL DVDS TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship physical copies of the older DVD releases “Sessions with Joey L” and “Lara Jade VS Joey L” worldwide. We do not ship physical copies of any of the newer tutorials under “Tutorials” section, as we are slowly trying to move away from the burden of physical products.
DO THESE TUTORIALS HAVE ANY SUBTITLES OR LANGUAGE OPTIONS?
Sorry, at this time the tutorials are only available in English. One day we hope to introduce new languages and subtitles.
